Bahman’s journey in real estate began in 1991 when he, his brother, and another partner purchased and renovated 10 townhomes in Houston, Texas, which they successfully rented and sold a few years later; an experience that ignited his passion for the industry, leading to a lifelong career in real estate. With over 30 years of experience, Bahman has held roles as a financial officer, vice president, president, manager, investor, and partner in various real estate companies, primarily focusing on home construction. As President of LMD Homes, Bahman oversees all aspects of new construction home building, from land acquisition and design to project management and client satisfaction, ensuring that every home is built to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. He leads the company with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and creating lasting value for homeowners. He finds great satisfaction in transforming a piece of land into a thoughtfully designed home, knowing that it will become a place where families create happy and lasting memories. In his free time, Bahman enjoys exploring new restaurants and trying unique dishes from around the world.

John Kuroda

Vice President

John Kuroda, Vice President at LMDH, brings a deep respect for the home buying process, a value instilled by his mother’s successful career in home sales. With an M.A. in Education, John is dedicated to cultivating a culture of hard work, integrity, and success within the company, ensuring that every client’s experience is both rewarding and seamless. His educational background enables him to lead with a focus on continuous improvement and development, both personally and professionally. Outside of his professional endeavors, John finds joy in gardening and cooking, activities that reflect his appreciation for growth and creativity. Tom Hussing, the Construction Manager at LMD Homes, brings over 40 years of experience in new home construction to our team. He is also responsible for working with local towns to submit and acquire necessary permits, ensuring that each home is built in compliance with all regulations. Tom’s expertise and attention to detail ensure that every LMD home is crafted with precision and care. A fun fact about Tom is that he is an avid gardener and loves growing his own vegetables, often sharing the fruits of his labor with colleagues and friends.

Sales Manager

As the Sales Manager at LMD Homes, Molly brings a wealth of expertise with a background in residential real estate and a degree in marketing. Joining the team from a successful career in real estate, Molly has also studied interior design, enhancing the ability to guide clients in creating their ideal homes. In this role at LMD, Molly helps buyers find the perfect model and homesite, navigating them through the structural and interior selections to build the home of their dreams. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for design, Molly ensures each client’s vision becomes a reality. Outside of work, Molly enjoys indulging a serious sweet tooth by baking delicious treats!
