John Kuroda and Bahman Arjomand, the founders of LMD Homes,

John, with his background in sales and finance, and Bahman, with over 30 years of real estate experience, have combined their expertise to establish LMD as a leader in new construction home building in the Hudson Valley. LMD Homes is deeply inspired by the work of its predecessors, Luke Regier, Michael Meyers, and Dave Stenger, three renowned Hudson Valley home builders. Collectively sharing more than 75 years of construction and development experience, Luke, Mike, and Dave have completed more than 1,700 new homes in 21 communities across Dutchess County, the Hudson Valley, and Upstate New York.
